15L Shieldseal CT401 Primer

DESCRIPTION

ShieldSeal CT401 is a water-based acrylic sealer and primer designed for aged concrete roof tiles. It combines fade-resistant technology with premium adhesion to enhance durability and protect against calcium salt leaching, a key cause of premature colour fading. Formulated with pure acrylic resin and fine particle sizing, CT401 deeply penetrates tiles for superior adhesion. Its high-solids content ensures excellent filling and sealing, minimising surface imperfections.

APPLICATION GUIDE

• ShieldSeal CT401 is ready to use and does not require thinning.
• Pressure clean the roof with 3000+ psi, taking care to thoroughly rinse the roof at the end.
• Avoid application when temperatures are below 7°C or above 35°C.
• ShieldSeal CT401 is designed to be airless sprayed using a 521 or similar spray tip.
• Allow extra curing time in winter months and do not spray after 2pm where possible.
